Sports Injuries and Men’s 2012 Men’s Clay Court Championship

Sports Injuries and Men’s 2012 US Men’s Clay Court Championship

Last week, The Hayden Institute was invited back to the 2012 US Men’s Clay Court Championship to help prevent and rehabilitate various sports injuries. This was our 3rd year to help out at the event . When we are there, we help out by providing complementary rehabilitative services to the umpires, officials, players, and volunteers for their sports injuries. Most of our services revolved around pain relief from these injuries. We frequently saw knee, shoulder, elbow, neck, and back strains. We had a lot of fun, and met some great people from all over the world.

As with most sports, injuries are frequent and pain often results. Through Quantum Neurology rehabilitation, Applied Kinesiology assessments, and gentle mobilization techniques, we were able multiple people throughout the week with their sports injuries, aches, pains, and discomfort. One of the officials sent me this card to express his thanks.

Knee Pain Relief - Hayden Institute

“Hey Chase! CONGRATULATIONS on the new house. Don’t know what you will need but hopefully you can find something from Target. It was great to meet you. Thank you so much for taking the time to fully evaluate my knee. I think your advice is working. I hope it continues and I can avoid surgery. You gave me a lot of relief as I was worried about a possible surgery that would ruin my trip to [the] French Open and Wimbledon. THANKS AGAIN and hope to see you next year! Sincerely, Matt”
