The Hayden Institute

We offer a customized blend of functional medicine, clinical nutrition, chiropractic care, and acupuncture in order get to the best possible results for our patients. Instead of taking a cookie-cutter approach like so many other healthcare providers, we personalize our care for each individual patient in order to help them feel like themselves again and get back to doing the things they love.

At our clinic, we focus on the root cause of illness to bring true and lasting wellness, not patch-up care or a band-aid over the problem. Our team delivers a simple and precise approach that is sure to get great results.

Dr. Chase Hayden Houston TX Chiropractor

Dr. Chase Hayden

Dr. Chase Hayden was born and raised in Pasadena, Texas (a suburb of Houston). Growing up, he was active in a variety of sports including football, baseball, basketball and soccer. In his youth he was also a member of the Boy Scouts of America and was recognized when he earned his Eagle Scout.

As an adult he continues volunteering within the Boy Scouts of America organization, and continues to stay active with other sports such as surfing, rock climbing, fishing, and disc golf.

His desire to excel in his athletic performance and the desire to overcome injury without the use of drugs or surgery introduced him to complementary and alternative medicine at the age of 12. Click here to read more about Dr. Chase Hayden.

Elissa Ellerbrock - Chiropractor, Applied Kinesiology, NET Practitioner

Dr. Elissa Ellerbrock

Elissa Ellerbrock attended Life University in Marietta, Georgia in order to earn a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine.

She completed her internship at The Hayden Institute in 2022, and plans to continue working in Houston for the foreseeable future. She is certified in Applied Kinesiology, Neuro-Emotional Technique, and a variety of other chiropractic-based adjusting techniques.

Nutritionist

Mrs. Liz

Mrs. Liz was raised in the Hawaiian Islands and attended Brigham Young University to study Marriage and Family Development.

Currently, she oversees the day-to-day operations in the office, while also assisting patients as our office Implementation Specialist. She is enrolled at the Edison Institute of Nutrition and completing an advanced diploma in Holistic Nutrition.

She is a mother of 5, happily married, and loves her very large dog. Originally a patient at The Hayden Institute, she later joined the office in order to help others to find hope and healing that she experienced as a patient.

She loves to bake, and invent new, delicious gluten-free recipes, and help other people to be able to implement healthy habits into their own lives.

Nicole - Hayden Institue Houston TX

Mrs. Nicole

Mrs. Nicole was born in Star Valley, Wyoming. She is the middle child of 5 kids. She attended Idaho State University and graduated as a Registered Nurse (RN). She worked in nursing as a part of the Med-Surg and Postpartum departments. She was also Charge Nurse.

She left nursing to pursue full-time motherhood and has 3 awesome children. She moved to Texas with her husband in 2008. She enjoys talking with patients, and resolving insurance issues as they arise in the office.

Currently, she is the office liaison between attorneys, insurance companies, and medical coverage disputes.

Stella - Hayden Institute Houston TX

Mrs. Stella

Stella grew up in Colombia, South America. She came to the United States twenty years ago and lived with her husband and their 2 children in Utah for 16 years before moving to Houston.

She loves hiking, camping, fishing, and most outdoor activities. Stella joined our team in 2023. Being a breast cancer survivor, she knows what it is like to have the need of a great team to help you get back to your normal life when sickness strikes your family, and she feels very lucky to be a part of the office team.

Emesha - Hayden Institute Houston TX

Ms. Emesha

Ms. Emesha has lived in Arizona, Curaçao, and everywhere in between. She loves photography, movies, poetry, and her family. Not necessarily in that order. She has 3 brothers and earned her Associate of Science the semester before she graduated high school in 2023.

She joined the office in 2024 and enjoys running the front desk and helping patients find hope and reach their health goals.
