Exciting Updates from The Hayden Institute: A Glimpse into Our Future!
Hello THI Family!
Change is in the air, and we are not talking about the latest hit on your allergies as Spring is in full force here in Houston. We couldn’t be more thrilled to share some exciting updates with you all! As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re committed to enhancing your experience with us and providing the best care possible. Without further ado, here are the latest happenings:
Introducing Our New Instagram Page: We’re excited to announce the launch of our brand new Instagram page! This platform is specifically designed with our patients in mind, offering you a glimpse into our daily operations, health tips, behind-the-scenes moments, and so much more. This Instagram page is designed for you the current patient in our office. Many of the most common questions that we are asked will be answered there, as well as giving you periodic updates of the comings and goings of the various members of the office. Feel free to follow us @TheHaydenInstitute to stay connected and be a part of our vibrant community. We can’t wait to engage with you all in this exciting new way!
New Office Location Update: The anticipation is building as our new office location is coming along splendidly. Some of you may have heard about the various delays, hiccups, and other obstacles we have overcome during this process, but we’re delighted to inform you that the transition is nearing completion, and we’ll be relocating down the hall very soon. If all goes as planned, we aim to make the move as early as April 1st. Rest assured, we’re working diligently to ensure a smooth transition for everyone. Keep an eye out for further updates as we finalize the details! Additionally, next time you see Liz, give her a high-five and a warm hug to thank her for the amazing amount of effort that she has gone through in order to make this new office location become a reality. I am sure she would love to tell you all about the journey if you ask. In case you have not heard about our new location, we will still be in the same building located at 10694 Jones Road but instead of turning left at the top of the stairs, we will now be down the hall to the right. We are magically keeping suite #210, but will be located on the opposite side of the building.
New (Old) Office Services Will Be Available in the New Location: Our transition into the new office location will also allow us to incorporate a couple of services that we have unfortunately placed on the back burner in our current location (due to lack of space and man-power). Many patients that have been around for a while will welcome the return of the detox ionizing footbaths. These are excellent devices that help with balancing the acupuncture meridian system, stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, and mobilizing unbound free radicals from the body. Additionally, the roller table that assists with intersegmental mobilization will have easier access for patients with acute musculoskeletal injuries that may need a more gentle approach to structural care. Patients that currently use the microcurrent will also be excited to learn that a dedicated space will be available for you to “marinate” in while completing the microcurrent cycle.
Welcome to Our Newest Chiropractic Intern: We’re thrilled to welcome a new addition to our team! Beginning April 1th, Jessica Bahan, our newest chiropractic intern, will be joining us in our office. With a passion for holistic wellness and a commitment to patient care, Jessica is eager to contribute to your health journey and provide exceptional service. In addition to being a chiropractic intern while in our office, Jessica has a Masters in Nutrition, and is working toward becoming certified in acupuncture. We’re confident that she will be a valuable asset to our practice, and we can’t wait for you to meet her! (Be sure to make her feel welcome so she is motivated to stay with us after she graduates from chiropractic school.)
Welcome Our Implementation Specialist: Many of you know Liz Taylor, the rock star of our office. She has been our office manager for the last few years, and has done an amazing job in her role. What you may not have known, is that Liz has been studying hard, attending post-graduate education, and is nearing completion of a nutrition certification program. She is currently at a point where she in able to apply some of the valuable information that she has learned over the years. Additionally, as a mom of five, and as someone well versed in avoiding things like gluten, and other inflammatory foods, she is a perfect resource for learning how to implement the various food programs that are unique to each individual patient. Services such as assisting patients with tracking their food, reading labels, cleaning out the pantry of inflammatory foods, and other lifestyle/implementation modifications will allow you the patient to have increased success with your wellness journey.
As we embark on these exciting changes, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support and trust in us. Your well-being remains our top priority, and we’re dedicated to delivering excellence in every aspect of your care.
Stay tuned for more updates, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for being a part of the The Hayden Institute family—we couldn’t do it without you!
