Public Health Talk at the Barbara Bush Library by Dr. Amber Horsley

At The Hayden Institute, it is our pleasure and joy to see the community grow in excitement and be strengthened through knowledge of health and wellness. The first health talk at the Barbara Bush Library on June 15 was a great success. It was wonderful to see that understanding diet, nutrition and neurology brought power to the individuals that gathered there, and gave them confidence to take charge of their health.

On June 25, the learning will continue!! At 6:30 pm at the Barbara Bush Library we will be will be discussing practical tools to aid your confidence and ability to increase your energy capacity, decrease weight and balance hormones.

We are taking suggestions for topics for future health talks at the Barbara Bush Library. If you have any suggestions or have a topic that you wish to have greater knowledge about, don’t hesitate to reach out to our office or the library. We would love to cover anything from over-arching concepts to specific diagnoses, from pain to multiple sclerosis.

We look forward to helping you feel empowered to reach your wellness goals.
