The Northwest Houston Office is MOVING!

We have been at our northwest Houston location for 5 years, but the time has come to relocate to our new location. Our new address will be: 10694 Jones Rd #200, Houston, TX 77065. Many of you may recognize this address as it is the same building as Steeplechase Imaging Center, one of the places we send patients for x-rays, MRIs, etc. All of our existing patients should have received a card to announce the change in address. At this time, our phone and fax numbers will remain the same.
