How Emotions Affect You: Intro to Neuro-Emotional Technique

People used to think stress only resides in the brain but now we know that stress can be held in organs, fascia, joints, ligaments, and so much more. How I like to connect this for people is, have you ever gotten a gut feeling, like a pit in your stomach when something bad happens or a lump in your throat before a big speech? This shows a mental/emotional stressor can cause a physical response within the body, not just in the brain. Neuro-Emotional Technique(NET) is one technique that allows us to connect those mental/emotional stressors to certain parts of the body.

NET is based on a proven combination of Eastern healing techniques and scientific research. This technique acknowledges the relationship between the body’s emotional stress, toxins, biochemistry, and structural integrity. This technique allows for a more well-rounded healing experience.

Stressful emotions such as anger, fear, instability, and others can have negative effects on the body. These stressful emotions can even affect us long term if the emotions are not properly processed, or “let go” in a sense. Many times, we miss the connection this reaction or pain has to an unresolved past event or trauma. Using NET and muscle testing, we can find these destructive patterns hidden away in the subconscious into the conscious mind and help you to release them. By releasing these patterns through Chinese Meridian points, specific adjustments, or even organ points, it can drastically improve your health physically, chemically, and emotionally.
