Back Pain, Heart Health, Frozen Shoulder, and More!

January 11, 2011

I have been a patient of Dr. Chase Hayden for about 18 months now.  My hairdresser, whose daughter he was able to help nutritionally during a time of crisis, referred me to him.  I am thrilled to have discovered him in our community, for myself as well as my parents who are in their 80’s.  He has made a profound difference in all of our lives.  I am a strong believer in alternative therapies and believe that people can make a difference in their own lives.  I was raised with the belief that you go to the medical doctor every time something is wrong.  I have suffered with many conditions that were never corrected or improved with that belief system.  I know M.D’s are necessary for certain things, but it is nice to know Dr. Chase is here for so many of the other things we need to deal with.  If he doesn’t know how to help you, he generally knows someone who does.

Dr. Chase’s approach to wellness is unique and multi-faceted.  He has an excellent understanding of how our bodies function from the chiropractic point of view.  He also has continued to further expand his education and includes Quantum Neurology, nutritional testing and detailed lab work analysis.  Dr. Chase further continues his education daily by reading and listening to health related information and attending continuing education classes regularly.  He also has a wealth of personal experiences from sports training, and nutritional challenges to draw knowledge from.

I am very impressed with his ability to communicate with anyone of any age in a clear and kind, but direct, manner.  He loves to educate while treating his patients and does so in a way that leaves his patients feeling empowered to make changes in their own lives.  The patient ultimately knows, though, that it is their choice on how they choose to facilitate their healing with his assistance.  Dr. Chase is always available to his patients, is easy to talk to and never makes you feel that your questions are insignificant in any way.

I have suffered from a herniated disc [back] and a very stressful life over the last few years.  Dr. Chase has guided me in a direction that allows me to be frequently pain free and teaches me how my body functions so that I can make nutritional and lifestyle choices that are in my best interest.  I always leave his office feeling like I have learned something and am able to make a change for the better, not like I have been preached to or handed a piece of paper stating what is “good for me.” I know that what he suggests is “good for me” is actually good for ME, not just a blanket prescription for the general public.  It is such a good feeling to know I am taking whole food supplements, not medications with side effects.  I feel like I have some control in how my health is and that I am not at the mercy of yet another prescription.  It all works and I feel so much better than I have in a long time.

Dr. Chase was able to restore feeling in the lower half of my mother’s right leg, where there had been no feeling for 6 years.  She had tried treatments of many kinds, all to no avail, and in that one visit her leg “woke up” with Quantum Neurology and chiropractic treatment.  It was quite exciting.  She is also taking supplements now to improve her heart health and seems overall healthier than before she knew Dr. Chase.

My 88-year-old father came to see Dr. Chase about not being able to life his left arm above his shoulder.  By the time we left the office, he was able to life his arm almost normally and continues to be able to do so, without further treatment.

Dr. Chase is a huge asset to our community.  He participates in many speaking engagements and has recently started a show on Blog Talk radio; all in an effort to spread the word about the healing that is available just by changing a few things in your life.  In addition to his community and business engagements, he is an outstanding husband and father to 2, soon to be 3, children.  And, he lets you know that he is human, just like you, and makes nutritional errors in judgment sometimes, but generally, he practices what he preaches for himself and his family in their daily lives.  He is a very hard working but fun loving man.  He is just an all around outstanding person who is always willing to go the extra mile for his patients.  I am proud to say I am a patient of his.

Sincerely,
Vicki H. Cypress, TX
